Wrapping Up the Weekend.

Another lovely weekend has come to an end.

On Friday, Fiance and I went to a concert. I bought him the tickets for our five-year anniversary, and I'd say I did a pretty good job. He was pretty happy all night.

Then on Saturday and today, I got a chance to meet up with some friends I just don't see often enough. One is my College Roommate/Bridesmaid B. I haven't seen her since the 4th of July, and a lot has happened in both of our lives since then! The other is a close friend who moved to Chicago at the end of last year. She's someone I've known for more than 15 years, and last fall, we had a weekly Thursday date. Today, we got coffee and talked for hours. Don't you love when you can pick right up where you left off with friends, despite time and distance?
